Charlie’s Rainbow

I created this painting to answer the question of what a Chaplin movie would be like in colour, and called this creation "Charlie's Rainbow." One of the things that I really like about Chaplin movies is how much humour and emotion can be conveyed without speaking. To me these two characteristics can also be conveyed in a painting. One thing that I do from a technical standpoint is use colours to show emotions in many of my paintings.
